PotluckHub receives or collects information when we operate and provide our Services, including when you install, access, or use our Services.
Information You Provide
Your Account Information: You provide your mobile phone number to create a PotluckHub account. You provide us the phone numbers in your mobile address book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and your other contacts. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers. You may also add other information to your account, such as a profile name and profile picture. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile, online chat or other interactive areas of the Application, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas will be accessible to the people who you are inviting to your events using the Application.
Your Potluck information: The information about your scheduled and past potlucks will be stored in our databases. This information is not shared with any other parties or used for any other purposes.
Your Contacts. PotluckHub uses your contact list to invite people to your Potlucks. The phone numbers or any other information of the people you invite are not shared with any other users or third parties.
Customer Support: You may send us an email at support@evolvier.com with all the details of you issue you may need support for.
Type of Access
PotluckHub will need access to your phone's location, camera and contacts to perform tasks. You will be asked to grant permission to these resources. If you don't grant PotluckHub access to these resources/devices, the following features will be impacted.
Location: PotluckHub will need your location information to make it easier to add a location to your potluck. If you don't grant Potluck access to your phone's location services, you still can add a location, but will have to type the location in the text field provided.
Camera and Photos: PotluckHub allows you to upload an image from your phone's Photos or take a new photo using your phone camera to set a profile picture. If you don't grant PotluckHub permission to access these resources, you won't be able to add a profile picture.
Contacts: PotluckHub will need access to your phones contacts to send potluck invitations. If you don't grant PotluckHub permission to access your contacts, you will not be able to complete a potluck creation.
Automatically Collected Information
Usage and Log Information: We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Services, how you interact with others using our Services, and the like), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.
Transactional Information: If you pay for our Services, we may receive information and confirmations, such as payment receipts, including from app stores or other third parties processing your payment.
Device and Connection Information: We collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, mobile network information including phone number, and device identifiers. We collect device location information if you use our location features, such as when you choose to share your location with your contacts, view locations nearby or those others have shared with you, and the like, and for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes such as if you are having trouble with our app’s location features.

For example, when other users invites you to use our Services, or to an event they created, they may provide your phone number from their mobile address book (just as you may provide theirs)

For example, we work with companies to distribute our apps, provide our infrastructure, delivery, and other systems, supply map and places information, process payments, help us understand how people use our Services, and market our Services. These providers may provide us information about you in certain circumstances; for example, app stores may provide us reports to help us diagnose and fix service issues.

User can purchase an ad free service in the PotluckHub app if he/she wishes to .
Commercial Messaging: We dont allow you and third parties, like businesses, to communicate with each other using PotluckHub.

You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services.
Account Information: Your phone number, profile name and photo may be available to other users you have invited to your events organized through PotluckHub.
Your Contacts and Others: Users who you've invited to your PutluckHub events may store or reshare your information (including your phone number or photos) with others on and off our Services.
Third-Party Providers: We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. When we share information with third-party providers, we require them to use your information in accordance with our instructions and terms or with express permission from you.
